Return Policy:
We accept returns for items purchased on graceinla.com if they are requested within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags and accessories must be intact.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping labels.
Returns will only be accepted if you purchased your item from graceinla.com. If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact them for your return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
International Purchases:

Refunds:
Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or credit for the item(s) and the shipping cost.

Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is refused and returned to us without prior authorization, we will refund the order value, minus the round-trip shipping costs and any restocking fee deemed appropriate.
